Our experience with Brad Torgerson and Brason Builders has always been a positive one.  His attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable.  We have used Brad for several remodeling projects, including a new deck, pergola and arbor in our backyard.  He also recently updated our entire upper level including all new trim and doors.  We will definitely use Brad for all of our remodeling projects in the future.

Brad Torgerson and Brason Builders recently completed a major remodeling project at our home.  He removed two decks and replaced them with two new ones, added a large screen porch, and put in new doors.  He also redid our soffits with beautiful cedar and expanded our kitchen.  He is very professional and easy to work with.  Our job required creativity, as one of the decks surrounds a pool.  He completely followed our plan, but he also gave us a few suggestions that enhanced it.  I would recommend Brad to others who are looking at quality work done at their home.

Brason Builders built a multi-level, maintenance free deck with a built in hot tub at our home in Eagan.  During the planning stage, Brad reviewed our initial design, and assisted us in revising our plan to be more practical and workable.  He spent time with us, providing us with multiple design and material options along with the visual outcome and the pros and cons of each, allowing us to make the best decision for our needs.  We were able to stay on budget and were very pleased with the end result.  We are currently in touch with Brad in regards to our next home remodeling project.  I would recommend Brason to others looking for quality work and a personal touch.

I recently had some major remodeling done in my town home by Brason Builders.  I am so happy with the end results of my home that I needed to share with others.  Brad Torgerson sat down with me; we discussed what I was looking for and my budget.  He drew up plans and explained my options.  I really felt heard and know I received something designed with all of my needs in mind.  Brason replaced the floors in my kitchen, four-season porch and entry way with a gorgeous cherry wood, along with trim and closet doors.  Brason removed a pantry original to my house, some walls and added a half bath.  Brad added a state of the art vessel bowl, granite countertop and hand built vanity.  He laid a beautiful porcelain tile floor.  I am so thrilled to have a bathroom on my main level!  Brason custom built a large pantry with roll out shelving and drawers.  Brad stained every piece of wood throughout, including doors, doorframes, and a stair railing.  My home is so warm and inviting.  I would most definitely recommend Brad and Brason Builders for any home remodeling projects.
